what to expect

Reservations – Please call 770.591.2079 to reserve your appointments in advance or book online. In order to get your ideal day and time, we recommend you schedule your next service during your checkout. A credit card is required for all color appointments and spa reservations.

Punctuality – We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may exhale, take a deep breath and enjoy a complimentary beverage. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Redos – If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive at Salon and Spa Venéssa, we request that you contact us within seven days of the initial service date. It is our commitment to accommodate all of our guests and wish to promptly resolve any concerns. Please call or email us at [email protected].

Cell Phones – We ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from phone conversations during your visit.

Children/Pets – In consideration of all our guests and the safety of your little ones, please find care for them before your appointment. You need a break too! We may need to reschedule your visit if you arrive with children or pets.

Underage Guests – All spa guests must be over the age of 12 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cancellations/No Shows – If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid up to a 50% charge of your service. Our service providers are highly requested and, as a courtesy, we ask that you give as much of a notice of cancellation as possible so we may offer your appointment time to others. Repeated no-shows, cancellations and large groups may require credit card pre-payments to reserve appointments.

Valuables – Salon and Spa Venéssa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or carry them with you.
